Committees

These committees begin March 4th.

Committee Responsibilities

Dance:  Spring Dance & 8^th grade dance

              7^th graders only

Spirit:  Spirit Week, Bear Team Party and CST BBQ activities. 

Student Store:  One sale a month & Final Inventory Due May 31^st

Community Service:  Penny Way & Day of the Teacher

                       * A lot of time after school

Fundraising:  Class fundraiser and BBQ fundraiser

Publicity:  Display case for April, May and June

                        Posters

Big Event:  Coordinate CST BBQ/Theme & Talent Show

                    * A lot of time after school

7^th Grade Activities:  2 Fundraisers

8^th Grade Activities:  1 Fundraiser, decide how to use the money. 

50^th Anniversary

This would be a second committee.  If you would like to be part of this committee you must be committed and have the time.  There will be no project write up.

Dance:  Winter Formal
Fundraising:  Clothing Drive, X-mas grams, v-day grams
Big Event:  Jog-a-thon/50th Anniversary Celebration
Community Service:  Canned Food Drive

The rest are same-o-thing.

Student Store I would like you to focus on B-Day grams.

You MUST choose a different committee.
You may not be in a committee with someone you have already worked with.
These committees until March 8th.

Keep in mind the dynamics of the group.  The goal is for all groups to be successful.

Yellow is reserved for leadership students from lsat year. (Crystal, Asia, Lori, Marian Benjamin, Timothy)

White is everyone else.

Orange is those who are not in the class yet.

Bake Sale Requests

Our committee would like to ask for:

-5 boxes of BROWNIE MIX

-5 boxes of CAKE MIX

-2 buckets of FROZEN COOKIE DOUGH

-3 dozen eggs

You can get 10 points extra credit for each item your bring in or 5 extra hours.   

Due Dates

Hello Everyone.  Both your college essay and your day of the teacher posters/card rough drafts are due Wednesday.  Yes I am giving you an extra day for you college essay.  I will see you tomorrow.
